How do you pull out the carb

Depends on your saw. You should try to download a SM. Some saws are relatively easy to access & pull the carb...some you need to take most of the saw apart.

Troybilt TB90BC fuel line schematic? I have replaced fuel lines that degraded with age and am uncerttain about the correct hook to tank, carburetor and primer. A diagram would help

easiest way to tell you is that the primer is there to pull the fuel through the carb. so fuel filter line goes from tank to carb, then from carb to primer and then back to tank as a return. if you forget which is the in line for the carb just hook with gas in a jar and try sucking it out of the jar. put filte rin a jar. and run line to carb , then line out of carb to primer and line back to jar as a return. if it pulls freely and fills the primer bulb your ready to go. if it pulls hard or not at all something is wrong.

I have a 02 kx 85 when u ckoke the bike it runs choke off bike shuts off

The choke allows more fuel. I would guess that you have a plugged jet in the carburator. Remove it and go through it all to make sure all passageways are clear.

Carb not working

Dont need new carb!!!! Just need to clean that one with solvent. the floats are sticking up allowing fuel to flow. Pull it off then pull it apart and clean it with solvent for an hour. Or spray and wipe it several times with carb cleaner.

I need to clean the carb on my 06' CRF 250R

close gas valve, pull gas lines of carb and drain in jar. Unscrew clamp to air intake, unscrew top of carb that throttle cable goes in to, pull out top with cable and needle and set aside. Now unbolt carb and pull it off.
Now take the 4 bolts from bottom of carb.

Soak floats and entire carb in a pan of solvent for about an hour

Well,if getting adequate fuel supply to the carb, then the problem is probably inside the carb now.Make certain a good flow of fuel to the carb, and if so,pull the carb off and recheck the floats drop and level height, also the needles and seats inside, and the gaskets for good condition.
