Wot exactly are you trying to do ? do you want a better set off or more top end speed ? are those home made cavitation plate finns , if so buy doel finns or symilar as yours look like they mite bend ! you could raise the engine one or two bolt holes , you could spread the weight towards the front of boat , smaller pitch prop to increase set off , larger pitch to get more speed as long as engine reaching max revs still or will bog down but set off will suffer , skim the head to increase compression make sure all carbs clean and balanced and timing correct ! you can make 20mm wedges to fit between engine and transom to increase lift speed at set off ! give me an idear of wot you want if these tips dont help !!
