Because it will take many pages of instruction here on this web-site, we would like to recommend you go to a public library or a car parts store and get a repair manual to follow the instructions.
Those repair manuals are year and model specific.
In a nutshell, here are the steps.
1) Block front wheels.
2) Jack up truck and remove rear wheels and brake drums.
3) Remove rear brake shoes, being careful to remember how you did it.
4) Install new brake shoes.
( If the rear wheel cylinders are wet, replace them.)
(Remember to retract the adjusters as the new linings are thicker than the old ones.)
5) Reinstall the drums & wheels, and lower to the ground.
God bless your efforts.

This is a quick tutorial showing how to remove the front wheel of a bike. ... Getting the lightly tightened other nut off shouldn't be aproblem.
Johny brown is wrong.... the 2005 ford f150 2wd requires a rotor/bearing assembly it is really really easy to change...... jack it up remove wheel, 18 mm wrench to remove caliper mount... then remove spindle cotterpin and nylon nut (26mm? ) with any luck the rotor/bearing /hub will pull right off ...if not a make shift lever/puller should do the trick.... I actually had a bearing frozen on the spindle that i used heat and a small 3 jaw puller to get the bearing free.... if everything goes smoothly you should be done in less then 30 min
Rear wheel drive? Remove the axle shaft by either removing the four bolts behind the brake drum, or remove the differential cover, push the axle shaft in and remove the C clip inside at the end of the shaft. Then drive the stud out with a hammer, hammer in the new one, replace the axle.
Front wheel drive? Remove the bearing cap , remove the Bearing nut(s). Remove the hub, replace the stud as outlined above.
To replace hub/bearings on a Chevy sprint, Do all the obvious things; raise car, etc.etc. with the wheel off, remove caliper and support with wire, string. remove strut bolts, outer tie-rod bolt and tie-rod, remove ball-joint bolt, you should be able to tilt the knuckle out of the way enough to drive out the ball-joint stud (o install reverse the removal instructions. I have owned and self repaired a total of five sprints.
If the rotors are not all in one with the hub, it is simple. Remove the wheel, remove the brake caliper, use a soft mallet to loosen the rotor and remove, then replace the rotor, pads and spray with cleaner to remove finger prints and grease and then replace the wheel.
