Is engine 2 or 4 stroke ? 2 stroke then is there a water system as you must drain first then undo bolts ! 4 stroke then same as 2 stroke but then you must tdc cams etc and then remove cams and chain etc then remove head !

How to remove fuel tank on 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900

First remove the speedometer housing by removing the small screw below the speedo. remove the bolte at the front and rear of the tank.
Lifting the tank and tilting it, remove the three lines going to the bottom and front of the tank. Remember where they go,(mark them if necessary). Carefully lift tank free of bike frame. Check large rubber pads (if installed) and reinstall them as found.

I have a Suzuki 2000 GZ 250 and having idling problems!

My Marauder was running rough until I noticed it was sparking across to the head from the HT lead. I took the spark plug cap off re aligned the HT wires that were all squished to one side, cleaned every connection attached to the coil and frame and just like magic she runs nice and smoothly now. Maybe you could just try cleaning and refitting the spark plug cap.

How to remove gas tank from gz 250

turn fuel petcock to OFF -- remove the hose.
now remove the seat -- there should be one bolt there at the base of the tank ( remove )
now forward and on the sides of the tank there should also be two bolt ( remove ).
now slide the tank backwards and up and off -- there you go..

The covers come off the steering collum and the switch is heald to the collum with two #4torx headed bolts ( torx socket not a key ) unplug the electrical connector and plug in the new one It'll come with new bolts. sometimes they have #3 torx and you'll just have to cut the heads off and install the new bolts after the switch is out of the way. put the lock cyclinder back in. The lock cyclinder comes out of the old one as the cover is lifted up theres a pin to push down with the key in the run position, and the tumber will pull out and the cover can be removed as you put it back to gether the cullum can be all the way to gether and put the lock and key in last, then turn it to start then off and your done.

Deei just changed my head gaskets on my v-6 eclipse. now i have a oil leak and i have smoking. is it because of a bad seal, on my head gasket

could be, the first thing i would do is get the cyclinder head bolts torqued to right setting.Provided the cyclinder head is not warped ie the engine did not overheat before gasket was replaced?All heads have to be rechecked/retorqued after about 1000mls anyway,adrian,,,,,,,,,,,,

How to remove tank to replace plug - 2000 model

remove seat and undo 2 ten mil bolts lift tank and gently slide it away but first remove fuel line.

2005 Suzuki GZ 125...cannot get ignition barrel out. Need to replace lock set

hi i am a locksmith you have on the ignition 2x dome head bolts closest to fuel tank the only way to remove the ign is a hammer and centre punch use the punch to tap bolt undone

Removing and installing brake pads on 2002 Cadillac deville.

You need a tool to fit the star bolts for removing the caliper assembly, A bungie cord to hold it up and a large "c" clamp to compress the cyclinder
Remove the two bolts and remove caliper. Remove old pads.
Install new pad on cylinder side. Use c clamp on pad and cyclinder to compress cyclinder. Remove c clamp install other new pad and reinstall on brake system.

Cannt remove cyclinder head

There is (10) Ten head bolts located between each valve spring. They are torqued between 110/135 ft lbs the head may require some minor prying between the bottom of the head and the top of the block.
