Do I need to bleed the brake line after changing pads

No. You don't have to bleed the brakes if you didn't loosen the brake line.

Triumph Tiger Air in braking system in spite of bleeding a few times

Try bungee tying your brake lever on over nite, the pressure will force bubbles to the top,I hope you did not shake the new brake fluid when you got it as will absorb air easily allways let it settle for a hour after transport and allways use new fluid as old stuff absorbs water (Hydroscopic).

ABS remorse

Never heard of it before, but on the face of it, it worries me! It sounds like a device to put the spongyness back into your brakes and make them feel like the old days with non-braided hoses again....somehow reducing your effective pressure! Yes, I suppose it could prevent your brakes from locking up but so would using less pressure on the lever!
