Question about 2005 Honda Unicorn
Hi i have cbz extreme my bike ran 11k kms and it doest give much power and pick up ,already changed block piston clutch plate and carburettor but still it is the same.timing checked found correct timing chain also replaced but the problem still persist
Have you checked exhaust port and exhaust not carbon up ? rear silencers can clog up or break inside , if you can remove silencer and run up , it will be loud but see if it revs better !

SOURCE: clutch problem honda firestorm
hi m8,, undo the clutch reservoir, put a few rags arround the tank ,leave the cap off, then undo the clutch piston housin, so in your hand the clutch piston,, pump the lever a few times till u see the piston move out,, dont over do it,, once the piston has moved out enuff, replace it back on the bike,, maybe a little harder putting the housin bolts bk in without pushing against the housing,, as u push it in ,u might get a bit of fluid pop out the reservoir,, top up clutch fluid if needed,, replace cap,, this should do it,cheers

SOURCE: timing chain 110 hymoto pit bike
Put the piston at TDC (Top Dead Center) by lining up the timing marks on the flywheel and stator. Put the cylinder head back together with the cam installed so the high points of the cam lobes are pointing kind of downward. Pull the cam chain taught on the front side of the engine. Put the chain on the cam gear such that, when bolted to the cam, the index mark or marks are in the proper position.
The proper position depends on what markings are on the cam. Some bikes have a single mark; an arrow, a straight line or an "O". The mark should line up with the center-line of the crankshaft. If the cam has two marks opposite each other, the lines should be parallel with the gasket surface. You will need to rotate the unbolted cam left or right just a bit in order to match up the bolt holes to the gear holes.
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer?
