SOURCE: Regular Suggested Maint.

If my memory is correct that is a chain drive with carbs on it so firstly if it doesn't have a fuel filter do yourself a favor and install one, usually a ford or mitsubishi inline one fits in the fuel line before the carbs, second always keep a good eye on the condition of the drive chain. keep it lubed and adjusted correctly. I have found that those two affect the driveablity of th ebike the most. If you wish to do more maintenance check out the clymer manual website and order a manual for it. it will have procedures for everything you will want to do.

SOURCE: scooter fell over since then it starts but stops

sounds like a fuel problem i had similer but on a ktm, the floots were kncoked when i fell, i wer'nt filling the bowl properly also knocked a jet lose, aswell as causing a little **** in the bottom of the intake flange (bit what attaches the carb to the head) this would enable the bike to start but because of the **** wouldnt let enough fuel through to keep the bike going aswell as a air leak. may help you may not.

Lights on my genuine rattler scooter are not working as well as the speedometer only headlight and blinkers

Hi, Andrew for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. For more information about your issue please visit the website below. Good luck and have a nice day.
