You may need to adjust the fuel/air ratio. There is a small screw under the pull starter facing horizontally (its behind the plastic air filter cover, but accessable) adjust either clockwise or counter clockwise in small increments and give it gas and see if it dies or boggs down. Also check that spark plug is clean and not fouled, and air filter is clean and oiled.

Condensation from inside the gas tank has probably made it's way into the carburetor. There is probably a drain screw on the carb float bowl. Drain the bowl, let it refill with gas, then see if the problem has gone away. Also, it may be time for a new spark plug. If none of that works, remove the carb then remove th float bowl from the carb and clean the carb with spray carb cleaner. Spray into every little hole in the carb. Below is a generic diagram.
