My new spark plugs are getting wet, and tail pipe has water coming out of it?

Getting water in the tail pipe is a good sign as the engine will always have moisture when not running. Water on spark plugs is a bad sign as there may be a leak from a cracked cylinder head which is then a major job, the car should be running erratically or will stop.

To check if this is the case take out the oil dipstick and see if the oil is light brown instead of black then you have a problem as mentioned so needs major overall to the engine.

1997 Gastron boat cranks but wont start

Start with taking the spark plug out. If it is a light brown/tannish color and dry, then you most likely have a fuel supply problem. Check fuel supply lines, fuel pump if you have one, plugged jets/orifices in the carburator. If the sparkplug is wet and smells like gasoline, then you have a spark issue which could be coil problems, bad spark plug wires, bad spark plug, batter that is almost dead.

Good luck

I have a honda goldwing 1100 with a dead cylinder and it is getting spark and fuel can you tell me the problem.

spark to weak maybe? did you try the coils? also it may be running to lean or something. is the spark plug wet? no? dry? if the plug is too wet or dry it might be a carb issue. also is the plug oil fouled?

look at this chart and compare it to your plug. go from there.

Trouble shifting. just runs up the rpms. stalled and died wont restart

automatic transmission blues?
if yes, that is called FLARE. gross transmission slip but
stalling is one more non related, issue, so this is 2 problems.
why not check for spark first. x4 cylinders
then check spark plug tips for dry or wet. if wet and spark is good
use WOT magic secret unflood mode stated in the operators guide.
if not flooding and is dry plugs, and spark is good
you lost fueling, dead dead fuel pump or 12vdc dont reach it.

trans,is 2nd cant drive with dead engine.

What exactly is a fouled plug verses a flooded plug. I thought a fouled plug meant that its no good anymore

A fouled plug is one where the center electrode is joined to the outside metal bit and allows a dead short or no spark. They are normally completely carboned up or are joined at the gap. They can be cleaned and reset. A flooded plug is where the insulator in the centre is completely wet and allows the spark to track down the side of the insulation to earth --again no spark. Blowing dry with air or wiping dry and they generally go again Lawn mower plugs are a good example

Jonh deere ryding lawn mower won't start

try making sure your getting gas to the carb, and to the spark plug if you can choke it and try to start it but fails check the spark plug if its wet with gas then the plug is not firing or your ignition coil is dead also check for debri or foreign matter in the gas lines and filters but if it has set for awhile most of the time the jet become clogged in the carb but most importantly make sure the gas is good and free water dead gas can cause a problem of that nature.hope this helps.

My 93 honda prelude dont start i did a full overhaul but i can get it to start timing is right so i dont know wat to do next

Timing is right, but the firing order is incorrect then it could not start. Make sure connection at the spark plug is in the firing order. Let get back to the basic: need spark and fuel. After several cranking, take plug # 1 out to see if it wet. If it is wet then you have fuel. If it is dry then you don't have fuel. Start to find out what is the root cause for fuel not coming. Now touch the spark plug to the engine chassis and have a helper to start engine. If there is spark strong then you have spark. If no spark then you know what to do: find the root cause of the problem. If you have spark and fuel then need to recheck timing by Top Dead Center: Piston #1 is up, mark at camshaft and 0 mark at crankshaft all line up together while intake and exhaust valve closed. Good luck.
