Start from fuel tap on tank then it goes to carbs , generally one pipe for feed and sometimes a pulse pipe from intake manifold !

Line is fine, but still leaking

Take a spray bottle and put some soapy water in it; spray it on the path that air flows (line from pump to tank, pressure regulator, air line fitting) to find where the leak is. Once you find the leak will determine what has to be done to fix it.

**the soapy water spray will bubble wherever air is leaking**

2000 fuel lines

There is only one gas line. It will come from the gas tank to the engine compartment, connect to a filter. Another fuel line will leave the filter and go into the engine.

It is extremely dangerous to work with spilling gas. Do not try to start the vehicle as the electronics and spilling gas could easily start a fire and explosion. You need to trace the gas line and determine where it is leaking to fix it.

Evap system problem

usually a bad gas cap if that doesnt solve your problem you can trace all the evap lines going from your gas tank forward looking for cracks if you dont find any cracked or broken lines you may have to take it to someone with a smoke machine to put smoke through the lines to find your leak. try the gas cap first. if this was helpful please leave me good feed back.

Here's a hints on how to repair or fix Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Digi Mic Knopfler problem issues.
A guide picture below which I included an schematic diagram shows each every components and line paths for quick test and check up procedures.
Digi Mic Knopfler Pin configuration:
1. L/R - microphone's left and right audio signals groundings
2. CLK - Audio Clock data
3. Data - Digital Microphone data
4. VDD - Power supply voltage

Locate and trace each and every components, line paths and corresponding connection as shown on a picture. The red highlighted components and line paths is for the power supply voltage which came from Power management IC (AVILMAS) Vsim2- approximately 2-3 volts.
Test and check this components and track the supply voltage from C220 to C2170 then through the digi mic knopfler pin 4.

The pink highlighted components and line paths is for Audio Clock data signal, which is came from the Audio Codec IC (Avilmas) then flow across R2201 and R2170 (valued 100ohms each) then to the Digi mic knopfler pin number 2. Check also the C2173 valued 22p Clock filter capacitor for possible damaged.
I included step by step procedures on the images like as follows:
* Check each components and line paths.
* Replace if found open or shorted
* Jumper the line paths if found open or cut
* Check or replace the digi mic knopfler for a quickest step might as possible.

The microphone's digital data signals has also a line paths connected to the front side of the Printed circuit board, check and trace also this line paths which is connected to digi mic knopfler's pin 4

My van will barely start only if I push the gas pedal to the floor. And still then will die almost right away. I can smell tons of gas, Plugs are wet with gas too. I did change the o2s and have the same...

I don't think it is your O2 sensor especially from the catylatic, because you mention smelling like gas and presence of gasoline. "Plugs" hopefully referal to the spark plugs, try to trace where you see gasoline and where it is coming strongest from. This is a case of leaked fuel line, fuel rails, fuel injectors.
1) Trace the source of where it is wet, there maybe a leak somewhere and you car is not getting the amount of fuel pressure to combust and thus make the engine dies. 2) Check your fuel injectors, fuel line rail, could be leaking or become loosen and is spraying gas when the fuel line is pressured into the spark plug socket. 3) You may have a dead spark plug one or more, and isn't combusting the gasoline, thus creating no compression leading to engine dying. 4) Leaking head gasket. Best is tracing where the gas is spewing from. That should help.

Fuel leaking from top of gas tank

sounds like you are going to have to drop the tank out to inspect and fix. with luck it will be leaking from the fuel pump seal or the return line.
Bad luck would be if the tank is rusted out and needs to be replaced.
Syphon as much gas out of the tank as you can before you drop it , gas is heavy.

Leaking under ground pipe what water company says..........cant find a leak . grounds not wet any where no water under the house .how can i find the leak with out a plumber? cant afford one....lol

this sounds like a joint is leaking just but not enough for the water to surface try digging the main line from the meter to the house be careful not to damage any lines under the ground and mind any gas and electric lines. once you find the water line out of the meter trace it to the house as soon as you start digging into mud your gitting close to the leak. once found remove dirt so that repairs can be made
