SOURCE: I need to know where the oil drain plug is on a

The oil pan is on the bottom of the transmission. Look under the transmission and you'll see two drain plugs. The one closest to the front left corner is the engine oil drain. The one closest to the center is the transmission drain.

Good Luck
Steve

Harley davidson whining coming from primary area

What year is the bike. Is the primary chain adjusted properly? Is there an adequate amount of oil in the primary? Check that the clutch to mainshaft nut is not loose. If none of those you could have a defective clutch hub bearing. You could also have a defective transmission input/mainshaft bearing or a main output shaft/drive sprocket bearing. Listen with a stethoscope to try to narrow down where the sound is coming from.

Need a diagram showing all parts needed to install EVO 1990 - 99 clutch and and step by step installation instructions to fit to a 6 speed REV_TECH G+Box

I have no idea what a Rev Tech G+box is but I'm assuming it's an aftermarket six speed transmission. If the transmission is the correct one for the rest of your drive train, the clutch unit should just slid right on to the main shaft of the tranny. It's held on by a single nut that torques to 60-80 foot pounds left handed thread.

Now if there is something different and you need different parts and step by step instructions, you need to visit Rev Tech's website, go to "Technical Support", and look for "Installation instructions" for your particular application. Good Luck!

Yes, Harley did go to a larger bearing but I think they did that back around 2000 or 2001 somewhere.
