Suzuki vitara wiring diagram

There is a starter fuse that is not located in the fuse box, it is actually a fusible link mounted as part of the battery terminal. As a check you can by-pass this with a short piece of wire and try to start. This fuse blows easily for example if someone tries to start the car when it's in gear. Hope this helps.

Where do i attach the ground wire for the starter on my 2001 windstar

There isn't a ground "wire" going to the starter. You have your main batery wire and a power wire (smaller yellow and black wire) coming from the ignition switch. It gives power through that wire when the key is turned to start it. The starter is grounded when it is bolted to the engine/transmission. Below is the wiring diagram and also a picture of the solenoid on the starter. Where the yellow arrow is, is where you put the yellow and black wire and where the red arrow is, is where you put the main big red wire to. Hope this helps you.....

93 yamaha PWC. Starter will not diengage even when ski is running. when key is pulled and engine is cut the starter is still spinning.\ \ sorry, no category for PWC, listed under motorcycles

THIS SOUNDS LIKE THE STARTER SYLINOID IS STICKING ,,,YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE IT YOU CAN FIND IT NEXT TO THE BATERY,,,THERE IS A BLACK BOX WITH A LOT OF WIRES COMING OUT OF IT ,,TAKE ALL THE SCREWS OUT OF THE BOX AND YOU WILL SEE WHERE THE BATERY WIRE AND THE GROUND WIRE IS CONECTED TO THE SYLINOID DISCONECT THE BATERY AND REMOVE WIRES FRON SYLINOID AND REPLACE,,,HOPE THIS HELPS.
