Sounds like fuel pump is running, I also tried Jump start spray in the air inlet and the bike started for a few seconds , so it looks like fuel is not being delivered " is this related to the Crank position sensor"

Make sure fuel pump is running. If it is then are there any trouble codes. If not then I suspect your crank position sensor is bad.

Just got back and seen this. If the fuel pump is running but no fuel, pull the dash off and take off the top plate of the fuel tank. The fuel pump and pressure regulator are connected to it. The pressure regulator plugs into a black plastic piece with a tab on each side. If those tabs are broke the pressure regulator has pushed itself out and you have lost fuel pressure.

CHECK THE FUEL PUMP INSIDE THE TANK BY REMOVING DASH AND ACCESS PLATE FROM TANK, THEN TURN THE IGNITION ON TO SEE IF THE FUEL PUMP IS OPERATRING. SOMETIMES THESE PUMPS WILL COME APART IF KNOCKED AROUND TOO MUCH. THEY ALSO HAVE A SMALL INTERNAL FILTER THAT CAN GET CLOGGED.

Yes.
The spacer could be leaking inside - the spacer should match the gasket for the base of the carb and the intake.

Are you suggesting the negative battery cable melted?

If so, did the engine turn over when you hit the starter button?

Have you tried waiting a few minutes and then, without pumping, holding the gas pedal to the floor while cranking? That has worked with older cars.
