Traving at speeds between 60-70km/hr the front end of my harley davidson 04 cvo deuce will vibrate.

I suspect your neck bearings need more preload.

Excecessive vibration in pegs,seat,and handle bars


Hi Anonymous, and the usual suspects are:
1. Wheels and or tires unbalanced, worn or damaged.
2. Engine/transmission/vehicle not aligned properly.
3. Primary chain badly worn or links tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment.
4. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose.
5. Upper engine mounting bracket loose.
6. Ignition timing incorrect/poorly tuned engine
7. Internal engine problem/ flywheel shift
8. Broken frame

dont if you feel you must remember it will raise the front of the bike up or you will have to cut the neck reweld change handle bars to achieve a ridable geometery

04 cvo deuce oil leak


check your oil level does not need to be at top of stick oil fluffs when its warm those marks represent cold level and hot level so if your at the bottom when its cold check when its hot and look again you will be surprised at the difference in level if its to high it starts to blow out those vents
