How do I find out what is wrong with my car when driving at low revs it feels like something got stuck and release all the time

How long since a tune-up? Are there any applicable trouble codes? Your year--make--model didn't post for some reason, that info would help.

Trouble starting 04 maxima then once it starts put it in gear and nothing happens.

Modern vehicles need minimum voltage to operate the electronics. It is possible for the vehicle to start, but not run properly dye to the low voltage. Most likely your battery is low, or bad and we intend charge. Also your alternator may be bad.

What would cause code P1603 to occur on 2005 Jeep Rubicon

I have an 05 6 cylinder automatic TJ. The other morning I was getting trouble codes U0101 and P1603. For a few seconds the Jeep was shaking and for the entire 30min ride it wouldn't shift into the last gear, it would just continue to rev. The next day I drove it and it was fine. I also noticed a slight high pitch whine noise coming from the engine at low speeds. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Between first and second gear it shutters/vibrates

Low transmisson fluid, Transmission filter or faulty transmission pump, the pump usually will whine before it goes out tho, Im leaning towards the filter or low fluid. Check your transmission control selonoid.

After diagnosis my v8 740i bmw indicated the "variable valve gear guide sensor for bank 2 and variable valve gear learning stops necessary" currently it's difficult accelerating the engine. would...

You have a v8 with a "variable valve gear guide sensor" on each bank. The trouble code is telling you that bank#2 sensor is faulty, or its signal is not getting to the engine computer.

Consequently, when bank#1 adjusts the timing (under hard acceleration or higher revs), bank #2 is not getting adjusted.

If the variable valve timing is not being activated (low load, load revs) the engine will run more or less normally.

Get the car to the dealer. You risk MAJOR ENGINE DAMAGE if you keep driving it.
