SOURCE: Rear seat bolt broke

Drill a hole roughly the same size where the bolt was. Order a new cap (nut) from the dealer. Go to the hardware store and buy a screw long enough to go through the fender and the tab, and that fits the screw. Reach in from under the fender with a socket, and tighten from above. Otherwise they will tell you to buy a whole new fender.

2004 Honda VT 1100 C2 Shadow Sabre neutral switch not working@

Hi, Michellep282 and the usual suspects are:
1. Neutral light bulb burnt out.
2. Faulty neutral switch.
3. A loose bulb in the socket.
4. Faulty wiring from the neutral switch to the light.
5. If the neutral light stays on while the bike is in gear the wire from the light to the neutral switch is grounded.

Rear seat bolt boke on 2001 Honda Sabre

Your solution unfortunately is not any fun. Use a very small high quality drill bit to drill into remaining part of bolt. Next take an "easy out" (extractor) and place in the hole and try to get it out that way. Sorry I don't know an easier way.
