Question about 2000 Honda CBR 929 RR Fireblade
92 honda civic hs. not starting. replaced fuel pump and filter?? can spray starting fluid and will turn over but won't stay running. like i'm not getting power to pump? how do i check to see if i have power going to pump. fuses are good.
Hello Mike...did you check fuel the pump relay? It is located to the
left of fuse box, wedged against left kick panel and above hood latch. Remove fuse box cover and lower dash panel for access. Check the voltage to the fuel pump circuit. You should be able to hear the pump "wizzz" when you turn the key on. Useing starting fluid is a no no...will result in cylinder scaring, possible explosion and bodily harm...Also...if the check engine light is on diagnostic trouble codes need to be retrived and corrected.
Good luck...i hope this helps
