Question about 2004 Yamaha YZ 125
Ok i bought my Yamaha DT50 MX and i have only seen it kickstarted twice. Once when we bought it (i think the people had it warmed up before we got there) and the second time was when i cut the HT lead incase it wasn't coming into contact. It kick started for the first time ever at my house...and it has done since.
Any tips, ticks or advise would be helpful,
I assume the MX is a 2 stroke engine ! Those can be tough at the best of times but let's get it going 1st...This is a tiny lite bike sooo, turn igntion on, shift into 2nd gear and push that little devil until she pops sputters and starts. Now only use premium gas, clean spark plug regularly and use a premium oil, don't overmix....run that baby out in the field for an hour to clean her out...good Luck to you friend...Tim
