Hi, this could be three issues, the left arm may be loose. i would check to see if the left wiper arm is loose by looking at the center piece on the Left arm. if you see the motor moving the center piece but the arm isn't moving, this will confirm a loose arm and you will need to tighten the arm screw a bit. Now, if the left wiper arm screw is tight and the arm still dose not move, i would inspect the linkage under the wiper arm housing for lose or broken linkages. if the linkages are fine, it may be the motor itself.

The hold down nut on the left one is loose. Tighten that down and it'll be fine.

The left one might just be loose at the base, unhook the cover with a small screwdriver, and tighten the bolt.

My check engine light on my 2000 honda prelude sh shows atts

in the USA, our cars are OBD2 , (you there?)
and all scan tools can scan this car. an $9 tool (fleabay)
scan it .
or get it scanned, then post the DTC codes. all of them.
if its EVAP , code, tighten the gas cap, reset the PCM (same tool)
and that is not corrected.
you can get the zone to scan it but they 1/2 the time miss them all
and miss factory codes.
buy the tool, or go to any USA ASE certified, shop. and its bees-knees.

I have a 1992 honda prelude and my wiper motor doesnt work, and im not getting any power to the wiper motor. what color is the power wire?

It has to be a fuse or the wiper motor relay. It would be most uncommon for any of your wiring to be bad leading to your wiper motor. Good luck.

My 1997 honda prelude sh engine just dies, help me?

The only way to For sure fix this is to have a Mechanic run a Diagnostic Check on the Entire car to locate the Problem. Fixing small things here and there will not get you anywhere with this Honda.

Engine dies

this sounds like a fuel pump issue. It could be the pump, or it could be the Master Relay.
