Question about 2004 kawasaki VN 750 Vulcan

I have a 2004 kawasaki vulcan 750 and noticed the shifter can be moved 1/2 inch or more back and forth into the case, is there a clip or spacer missing?

2001 kawsaki 1500 vulcan nomad gets hot and jumps from 1st to 3rd back to neutral

1. Shifter pawl improperly adjusted.
2. Shifter drum improperly adjusted or damaged.
3. Shifter engaging parts/dogs badly worn or rounded.
4. Shifter forks bent.

How to remove the seat on a Kawasaki 750 Vulcan ?


I believe there are a couple of bolts inside the "toolbox" in the backrest that need to be removed before the seat will come off.

Oil light comes on,od a 2004 kawasaki 750 vulcan. its not low on oil


you must have a fault with the sensor buddy replace this or the connections are not in correctly or is this the oil pressure light
