My problem is not in any category listed. i have changed out the primary and secondary clutch and plates on my 97 Kawasaki lakota 300. when i start the atv and put into gear it wants to take off (move) i have adjusted the adjustment screw both ways. it is either taking off or not moving when i push the throttle. i tried to set it in the middle but no sucess. is there any sugestions on what would be causing it to do this?
SOURCE: kawasaki 650 pariri atv oil light will not stop blinking
starter solenoid could be bad. i know it is in the other direction but it was the case on mine.
SOURCE: How full does the oil looking glass need to be on a klf 300 atv
Fill to 3/4 full in the glass.
SOURCE: no key for our kawasaki bayou 220
On the Bayou 220 you have 2 wires from the Ignition Switch. If I was you I would wire them 2 to a toogle switch or push bottom start.
SOURCE: my kawasaki lakota 4 wheeler was running perfect
i suggest that you pull the throttle slowly and gently... and if this dosent work theres a problem with your bike .. you may need to change the engine oil or spark plugs..

I'm assuming u r talking about the pivot rod that has the spring behind it to change gears it is connected to the inside of clutch cover. it is installed
It is packed from inside basket solid/friction/solid/friction.
havent got to check about the ruff edges. from what i remember it the clutch plates have little squares on both sides. is one side of squares higher than the other side?
it is packed friction/solid/friction/solid this is the correct way we have it. i posted it wrong before
