Question about 1991 Suzuki GS 500 E
Carburator Floats are Stuck or GasLogged. May also be the Pilot Needles.
Try Cleaning and Inspecting the Carbs First, May just be a Piece of dirt holding the Float Open allowing the Gas to keep flowing.
