SOURCE: front wheel lugs are breaking

what kind of lug nuts are you using? If it is the stock rims, you need to use the stock lugs, or a similar lug that has a rounded seat to properly tighten to the lug when you torque the nut. If you are using aftermarket lugs, you may need to buy proper lugs to fit the wheel you are using. I have broken lugs using improper nuts on them. Multiple in fact, some I didnt even know about until I was told.

SOURCE: the break tube from the right tire has rotted off

The front brake tube rotting off would cause you to have no pressure and letting the pedal hit the floor. The smoke from your rear tire is an indication that the rear brakes are not working properly, only one wheel is braking and it is overheating.
You can replace the front line yourself, but it has to have the air bled out after the new line is put on. Chances are pretty good that you need a whole lot more than just one line though. You'll be smart to replace both front lines. There is a good chance that the bleeder screws on the front calipers will break when you try to bleed them so be careful.
You would be wise to take it to a shop and have it checked over before you start to find out exactly what all you need to replace before you start.
This truck is DANGEROUS to be driving and should be fixed right away. If you are involved in an accident, your brakes will automaticly put you at fault and you could have some hefty bills because of that,so be careful. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: replaced rear break shoes on 2003 ford taurus but

You will need to loosen the adjusting clip. In the back of the brake plate where you would bleed the brakes and at the bottom of that plate is a hole that probably has a rubber plug in it. Pop that plug out and put it someplace you won't loose it.
Then take a screw driver, (they have a regular break adjusting tool for this) But a screw driver will work. There is a little toothed wheel onthe other side of the plate down at the bottom of the brakes in the middle.
You need to back that off a little until the shoe compress back in so the hub will fit back over them.
I am assuming these are shoe brakes and not disk brakes correct?? Once you get the shoes compressed and the drum on and the wheel all the way back together then drive the car in reverse and hit the brakes semi hard. They have an automatic brake adjust that in reverse will set them properly. Do that several times and you will be good to go. Now if these are disk brakes You may need to take off the other side to see if you replaced them correctly by looking at both sides and comparing the two. I see no other reason why the hub would give you problems otherwise. Wile you have that hub off if they are disk brakes you may want to add some grease to the berrings just for good measure. Let me know how we come out. Its hard for me to help without seeing the situation. If these are drum brakes you will need to bleed them after you get them back together. Let me know and If you don't know how to do this I will guide you through the process. The Raz

SOURCE: 1994 gmc back left tire break leak

Most likely rellted to the rear wheel cylinder. You need to remove the tire, probably replace the brake shoes if they are wet with fluid, wipe down brake drum with carb or brake cleaner, install new wheel cylinder and put everything else back together. Wheel cylinder is available through most auto parts outlets. Probaby less than $15.

I need a diagram for brake lines on an 1994 ford aerostar 2 wheel drive with the 3.0 v6 motor

You don't need a diagram. Run the where you want. Just a note though. Keep them above the bottom part of the frame and away from the exhaust. They don't have to run above the fuel tank. And you don't have to cut out the old lines.

My rear defrost will not work but the light works, whats the problem

Visually inspect the heating grid attached to the inside of the rear window for breaks in the horizontal lines. Any break in the filaments in the grid will cause a partial failure of the defroster, leaving a portion of the window fogged or obscured.

  • 2 Use a test light or voltmeter to detect breaks in the filaments that aren't visible to the ***** eye. Touch one lead of the light or voltmeter to a grounded metal part of the car and the other lead to a spot on the heating grid. If the light doesn't light or the voltmeter doesn't register a reading, that indicates a break in the filament.
  • 3 Place a piece of tape on each side of the break. Align one piece just above the filament, the other piece just below it, leaving a thin space through which the filament passes.
  • 4 Apply the filament repair liquid with its applicator onto each break you've identified. Be sure to thoroughly cover the broken spot. Allow the repair to fully cure per the instructions on the bottle, then carefully remove the pieces of tape so they don't rip the filament repair.
  • 5 Inspect the the vertical lines on the heating grid if you've discovered that the entire heating grid fails to work. Any break in the vertical lines will cause complete grid failure. These can be can be repaired in the same way as the horizontal lines. Check to ensure that the metal power tabs on each side of the grid are securely fastened to the vertical lines, as a break here will also prevent the entire grid from heating.
  • 6 Reattach the metal power tabs to the heating grid as needed by removing the tab from its connector and repairing it using the epoxy found in the heating tab repair kit. Be sure to allow the full curing time indicated on the kit before reinserting the tab into the connector to ensure that the circuit isn't broken.
  • 7 Check the power switch and wiring to the rear window defogger if there are no breaks in the heating grid and both of the metal power tabs are securely connected to the grid. Replace the switch and/or wiring as necessary.

1995 Ford Taurus rear brake line leaking possible break between the rear brakes. What would I need to replace on the brake line or could this just be something to tighten?

Most likely a rusted brake tube (Line)
    You have to determine that
Got to buy tubing at auto parts store, and do your own fabricating and flaring.
Repair shops usually don't like that sort of work
Could just be a flex hose, then you buy and replace

Leaking brake fluid from rear driver side brake lines, need a diagram of how to replace the lines. 1994 ford taurus 3.o v6.thanks

They don't make diagrams for brake lines. The lines are sold in bulk. You need to measure and duplicate the bends in the orignal lines and cut/flare the lines yourself. You will need a tubing cutter, flare tool and tubing bender.

I am in the middle of changing my rack and pinnion on my 1993 ford taurus. When I was putting the new one back on I noticed a small piece on the ground. It's about as big areound as a pencil, with a spring...

could be a check value, but I dont think so, if it wont fit into the power steering lines, it could not have come out of them, possible it came out of the old rack from being worn, check both rack, look inside the tubes on the new one possible its inside the tubes
