Check with the dealer you got it at. See if they have an extended service protection program. They might be able to help you with it. Of course you'll have to buy a policy but it will keep your cost down in the long run.

Check engine soon light always on. I was told to ignore it????

Yes, that's a GREAT idea! Ignore it ... just like some people IGNORE a BRAKE FAILURE warning light! That way, you can meet your Maker much sooner, and possibly take some others with you!

Why no picture, no sound?

A loud "pop" in any electronic device is the equivalent of a massive heart attack for a human. They normally don't survive them. The noise is from some capacitor somewhere in the device exploding from old age or a power surge. And old age for newer TVs is in the range of 3 years, some even less. It's the way they make them these days...they want you to be buying a new one in just a few years, so they under-engineer the electronics to the bare minimum so they don't have the long-lasting lifetime of the older style electronics we have come to appreciate.

What problem could I Be having on my 2001 Toyota Ipsum 2AZE engine, I Just woke up to find a knocking sound on top of the cylider head with smoke that clears as the engine warms up, the sound equally

2az-fe right?
no mileage stated,, is he cam chain making noise, ignored?
get it serviced?
or buy the tools and do the tests DIY.
which choice? only 2.
  • 2000 - 2.4 L (2362 cc) 2AZ
smoke is a bad sign, on low mileage engines say below 250,000 miles and with noise worst. there must be no noise, on this engine.
no HLA's to rattle there. has solid bucket tappets.
then mean they never make noise unless, its damaged or lacking oil.
are you doing silly SYN oil changes it 25,000 miles or at 5 to 7k miles.?
id do a cylinder leak down test. by hand to protect engine from
further damage, (I do that on all DOHC engines (savvy i am)

Why does battery go weak even when not using the car?

possibly the mileage driven does not allow the battery to recoup the charge it used up in starting the car. perform a draw down test to see if battery is defective

Cranks strong, wont start

could possibly be a crank sensor, not sending a signal to allow any power to the ignition

My bike tvs centra give 40 kml so i want to increase milege and kml so please guide me

one way is to use efficient fuel. Only ride it down hill with the wind pushing you. The mileage of a bike is a critical factor in the buying decision and also keeping our running costs low. Many of you think that mileage is just about the cost of fuel, but it is not. A bike which gives a good mileage compared to other similar bikes is a sure indication that the health of the bike is well maintained and the rider is careful enough to get the bike frequently serviced and tuned. If you gun the engine in cold conditions as soon as you start it, there would not be enough lubrication in the engine and it leads to more friction which ultimately damages the piston and the engine and hence your mileage will be low. ome basic fuel efficiency tips that you may have already known are 1. Switch off your engine during signals with long waiting periods. 2. Change your oil according to your manufacturer's recommendations. 3. Check your tube's pressure every month... higher pressure than the recommended value would give you more mileage but less friction and stability. So keep it to the optimum value.

1997 toyota tacoma 2.7 L engine about every month or so the engine check light comes on, if I just let it go it will go out in a day or so, the code relates to the M.A.P. sensor, i clean it and it is ok...

It may be that the sensor is marginal. How do you clean it? I never heard of cleaning a MAP sensor, but apparently it works for you. Are you getting good mileage? The MAP sensor can affect your mileage, as it is used by the computer in the injector pulse width calculation. If your mileage is poor, it may be worth the cost to replace the sensor. Otherwise, I see no reason to replace it or even clear the code. A case like this where it barely sets the code is nothing to worry about. OK?

Tapping or knocking noise in 2009 f150 4.6 3v engine

Tell them you heard about a recall for the CAM PHASERS. When the noise is present and you rev the engine to 2000RPM the noise will fade away. This verifys the CAM PHASERS are acting up.

Usually the sound progresses to the DIESEL level. Further use can damage the engine. There is a service bulletin for this problem. Yours must be an early 2009, last I heard the problem was for 2004-2008 models with dual cams.

Samsung DLP HLR5668W has mostly dark picture + grinding noise

Pix looks like a light pipe issue, inside the Light Engine. as far as the shutting down, could be a bad fan causing the grinding and when stopps the DMD turns the set off.
