There is a cable that is connected to you speedometer and runs to the trans, disconnect it noting the route, take to any dealer or bike shop and give them the old one to match, just replace back in the same route you removed from.
NOTE: You may want to get a few zip tie's (downs) so you can secure a bit better than original..
