Some bikes have an adjustment nut - connected to a plate that applies tension to the cam chain - if not - it may need to be replaced ( I believe some are self adjusting - but not sure ) - best to buy a shop manual, ( OEM or Clymer Manual ) or download one on line - its cheap insurance - it will tell you how much tension to apply -

Chain making lot of noise looks like it is loose

If it is making a lot of noise, it is probably loose, un lubricated and possibly worn out. If you have had this condition for a long period of time, your sprockets may be worn out as well. Replacing the chain may temporarily reduce the noise, if the sprockets are worn, they will soon wear out your new chain. If the chain is done it will soon do damage to your sprockets. You should seek advice from your Honda Dealer on this matter.

MY HERO HONDA SUPER SPLENDER (ONLY 1 YEAR n 4 MONTHS OLD) IS SMOKE A BLACK FUME...N GIVING AVERAGE ONLY 35 KM PER ONE LITTER I WERE REPAIR MY CARBURETOR & REPOWRING OF PLUGS... BUT MY BIKE DONT STOP...

Black smoke means the fuel mix is too rich. Assuming you have not changed the jetting, I would say the float level is set too high. The only other possibility would be a main jet that has come loose.
