Tough question to answer as this could be misconstrued as, how can i hotwire this stolen motorcycle... the ignition switch does two things... sends power to the start button and shuts the engine off when turned to that position

I have no spark on my 94 ext and it has a new stator and cdi box and igntion coil

Bypass your ignition switch , kill switch, and carburetor safety switches(on the side of the carburetors). All common problems for older sleds (stopping spark). In the carburetors the magnets inside the slides come off killing the spark. There is a kill switch bypass wire in most arctic tool kits. Ignition switches are notorious for going bad and are easily bypassed by simply unplugging them.

Bypass the kill switch. You should have a kill switch bypass plug in the tool kit. Also locate the key switch back side and bypass the two wire ignition switch. Both switches are notorious for going bad.

Starter and cealunord have been replaced but the truck will only crank if you cross out the cealunord. replaced cealunord again and it is still the same

When you jump solenoid you are bypassing ignition switch. You either have bad wire or bad ignition switch. Trace small wire off solenoid to electrical ignition switch at bottom of steering column. With ohm meter see if it reads 0 if so wire is good & most likely switch is bad.

Will not start. Can jump accross the selinoid and

I assume that you are jumping the solenoid in order to bypass an ignition switch that is no longer operating?

If so, did you have the key turned to the run position?

You should not need to bypass any safety switches, just be sure that everything is in the normal starting position. (deck disengaged, in neutral, etc.)

Either way, it sounds like you have a bad ignition switch, or faulty wiring between the ignition switch and the solenoid.
