Question about 1982 Honda CX 500 B
What is the air pressure for the Front Air/Oil struts on a 1982 Honda CX 500C?
Fork psi should'nt exceed 9psi. fork air valves are best used for removing air. spring preload should be adjusted to abtain the correct sag (1'' on most street bikes)

To set your suspension, load the cycle the way you are going to ride (gear, one person, two people, etc). Next, set the rear shocks to soft or hard depending on how you like to ride. Now take a bicycle pump, with a pressure gauge on it, and pump the forks to near maximum pressure. The desired affect is the front and back dropping at the same time for best handling under extreme riding conditions and cornering. Slowly bleed the air out of the forks until the front and back suspension drop at the same time when bouncing on the bike when fully loaded.
