Question about Motorcycles
Sir i have my pulsar 150cc model 2011, my bike crossed 31,000km. it gives 50+ mileage and its is having very low pickup and not going speed more than 80kmph, week back i have changed chain Sprocket and tyre front & Rear. what is the problem sir please suggest me.
Chain may be hard in adjustment.
change engine oil every 3 months
if tyres are thicker than pick up will be a problem.
get air filter cleaned or replaced if necessary.
spark plug may be old and replaced
check magnet also as it might be older
carburetter settings need to be checked

SOURCE: hi sir i am pavan
Hi keep one thing in your mind mileage and pickup both are inversely proportional if you try to increase the mileage the pick up will go down if you increase the pickup mileage will go down. Follow the steps to keep the engine in good condition.
Every 2000 kms 1.change the oil 2.clean the spark plugs 3. clean the air filter change if needed. 4. check the clutch plates. 5. check chain play and ride the bike 40 to 60 kms speed max it will increase your mileage.
