As I know all the motorcycles has the vin number on the front side, on the frame tube where the entire fork is inserted.

The fryer is still a f67 but serial number is ns1917 are they the same?

No, they are not... The model number is like a car model number...But, in that model or series each car/fryer has their own individual VIN number or serial number, so you can track each one... The serial number is individual to each fryer, while the model number is the same for all the fryers made with those specific specs... They can make the same model number for years, but each fryer will have it's own serial number... Normally you need both when ordering parts, etc.... Thanks, Susan

SERIAL NUMBER AND MODEL HERES WHAT I HAVE NEED TO KNOW WHAT MODEL FOR PARTS JKOKXR-H13LA003201

The VIN decoder I use does not accept the number given. There are one or more errors in the set of numbers. VIN numbers do not use the letters " I, O and Q". Bear in mind the digit "2" could be a "Z". Kawasaki vins do not have hyphens. All vins are 17 digits. I changed the vin to JK0....... (without the hyphen), and had no luck. Then I tried JK0KXRH13LA003Z01also with no luck. The best I can tell you is that the bike is a 1990 model. Double check the number and look for possible alterations someone has made, like changing the numerals 11 into an H. If you come up with corrections, go to the website below and you can check the vin yourself. The image below is what I have been getting. Please take a moment to rate my answer. If I'm for sure I don't think your digit code would be with the vin #. I would check your owners manual or ask a Honda mechanic. Hope this helps!?

Serial number problems 1t0-003815 look for the year and model of my yamaha dirt bike 79cc

It is a YZ80D 1977...first link below is a Yamaha VIN cross reference if you want to verify. (a lot of scrolling)

As your VIN is only 9 digits, this indicates a pre 1982, when a universal 13 digit VIN was adopted, then soon after our current 17 digit VIN.
(please note: I'm assuming the VIN is from the plate on frame and not the crankcase serial number as engines are easily swapped)

Second link appeared amongst a search and indicates a 1992 model. This may be the basis of the problem your encountering.

Third link is a Yamaha decoder I've used successfully (17#) try it or check the Yamaha Corp. link therein.

Cheers.

Looking to find age of yamaha bike using serial number

Get the vin number off the front downtube that the steering triple tree mounts to. Call a Yamaha dealer with the vin # and they can tell the year, engine size and model of bike.
