How do I clean the idle air control valve on my 1999 lexus gs300

Remove from car, carefully scrape crud from inside of passages being careful not to damage valve seat, spray out with carb cleaner, allow to soak, repeat, then spray out with compressed air. Check all hoses and passages on engine too.

1972 XB GS Ford Falcon V8 require emmission hose diagram

There are NO emissions diagrams for XB V8 Falcons.
The ONLY emissions hose they have is a PCV in rocker cover connected to the air cleaner housing.

2004 mercury sable gs just had new plugs and wires since then 1 week the car start to chug after it warms .it chugs for 5-10 seconds then seems to be ok it did it twice today car has 132,000 miles.any...

Should have had the air and fuel filter replaced with the tune up. Also, Noone does this that I know of, Except me, Remove the air induction plenum and clean the Mass Air Flow sensor And clean the throttle bottle and the throttle plates on the back side. Doing these things only will give the car a tune up and better gas mileage. If you clean these yourself, use brake cleaner and do not use a brush on the Mass Air Flow sensor.

My gs 750 is cutting out when you give it gas at the start,it bogs out then gets going

Either your fuel valve is not all the way open, or your fuel filter is clogged.
The valve is closed when sideways (parrallel to the ground) and open when straight up and down.
As for the filter, you may have to remove it to remove the debris. Then use fuel cleaner to remove and build up in the lines.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2.0 L DOHC (420A) engine?

HI. The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, mounted to the firewall. Extraction will be easier if the air inlet hose and upper air cleaner housing is removed from the vehicle. This will expose the filter and allow for a better extracting experience.

My gas has been leaking trough a part of all 4 carbs into the air box

Sounds like the floats in your carbs a stuck. Drain carb bowl, remove and clean with carb cleaner. Be careful with the gaskets, they are tough, but...be gentle. Reassemble, turn gas back on.

Rubber 'manifolds' that connect carbs to engine are sucking air, rubber has seperated from metal... Any easy fix? Where can I find new 'manifolds? Any tips on removing carbs since there is no room to...

It looks like you can still get new manifolds and "O" rings at Babbitts. Go to www.babbittsonline.com/parts/veiwbybrand/parts.aspx Look at the "air cleaner" page. There is no easy way to remove the carbs. I would remove the air cleaner assembly then you have some room to work. If possible, remover the carbs as a set. This will mean fewer parts to reassemble and a lesser chance of throwing the carbs out of sync and out of balance. If the carbs get out of sync and out of balance the engine will run poorly. Backfire through the carbs may occur and that can set the bike on fire really quick if the air filter is not in place. Have a fire extinguisher at hand when you start up the bike. I am serious. My mercuy villager wont start it trys to turn over but dies when i press the gas its a 1996 mercury villager gs

Will it idle ok? When it warms up, does it run ok? Sounds like a couplf likely things.
The fuel pumpcould be getting wea and not supplying enough pressure (40 psi) to the fuel injectors. Pump is in tank. About a $200 repair.
The fuel misture could be too lean due to a thin coating of varnish on the MAF sensor (mass air flow). It is on the black air cleaner tube held in with 2 anti tamper screws. Remove it and cean the wires with carb cleaner and a tooth brush very gently so you don't damage the delicate wires. I think you can get access by removing the air cleaner intake hose it is mounte on. About 3 inches x 4 inches. Also, clean the honeycomb air diffuser inside the air cleaner tube.
Other possibilities are dirty injectors, or other bad sensors. Need more info on how this started happening, how does it run warm, and if the comuter has fault codes. Your local auto parts store might run the computer test with their scan tool for free. Ask them.
Do not buy a knock sensor since they are never bad but the test sometimes says it is.
good luck. let us know what happens.
