SOURCE: torque settings for head gasket on LDV convoy 400 2,5ltr ford engine

I can tell you one thing for sure these are torque to yield bolts and they must be replaced, you can't use them over or the head gasket will leak very quickly or the bolt will snap on install..

Where is the location of brealine proportioning valve 96 linclon towncar

I am not familiar with the car. Brake proportioning valve is usually positioned these days above or near the rear suspension.

Brake proportioning can be by g-valve, pressure limiting valve or most often these days by a load sensing limiting valve. The latter is connected to the rear suspension by a spring and/or an adjustable link. In some cases there are two valves; one each side for independent rear suspension.
The checking and adjustment of the linkage is generally part of the routine maintenance and is often maladjusted by ill-informed but well-meaning people.

I have seen the g-valve fitted on the front bulkhead by some manufacturers. In theory this type can be fitted almost anywhere.

Can't get rear brakes to lock up.

the problem here may be that you have machined the drums with out fitting over sized linings
if the diameter of the drum is not consistent with the diameter of the shoes then when the brakes rare applied then only a very small portion of the shoe actually contacts the drum surface to test the load sensing valve just disconnect it from the axle as this indicates full load

2000 4 runner brake bleeding do I do the rear brake and load sensing valve then move to the front brake or do front and rear then load sensing valve ?

you do not need to do the load sensing valve, just bleed at the wheels. as follows; r/r, l/r, r/f, l/f. for best results have one of your friends inside and have them push down on the pedal, you open the bleeder, close the bleeder, and then have him let up on the pedal. do this until no more air is seen coming out of the bleeder screw.

In my L300 (van) I have almost no pressure to rear brakes. Have replaced master cylinder, apportioning valves, brake cylinders, shoes... lines look fine. Bled them to death. Can't understand whats going...

load sensing valve link between rear axle and body is out of adjustment. best way to fix is adjust in direction of downward body movement causes valve to open more. a 12mm spanner is all you need.
