I believe it is on the left side of the bike as you are sitting on it behind the front fairing area will need to remove fairings to get to it.

I have a 1999 busa all is running well. i am looking for more power can i put bigger injectors in

Hi, Lyn I am truly sorry that 175 ponies doesn't tie your sneakers, however, there are ways to guarantee your next speeding ticket the usual basics are performance cam, larger injectors, free flow air cleaner, performance exhaust, and a fuel tuner if necessary or you could trade it in for a 2008 or later Busa for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. I have a 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa. I tried jump starting in with my car. I know now this was wrong to do. I changed out the battery, but the bike is still dead. I checked the fuses and the seem to be fine....

It is OK to jump your bike from a car battery as long as the car is not running and you do not turn the starter motor too long (the starter will overheat).Did you check the main fuse ? It is usually located on or near the starter solenoid and id separate from the fuse block. If you still have no power it is possible that there is a problem with the ignition switch contact base. On some motorcycles you can take them out and clean them or replace them. You can unplug your switch from the harness and check the wires for continuity with a voltage meter. I suspect you have not found the main fuse or you have a bad positive cable coming off your battery. If you get power back to the bike but it will not start , you may have to check into other issues if you tried to start the cycle from a car battery attached to a RUNNING car.

I have 0 power, no lights, nothing. i do not think

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Check the 30 Amp main fuse. It would be underneath the cover of the starter relay. To locate the starter relay, follow the cable from the battery's + terminal.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
