How do I change back tire on a Toa Toa 50 cc scooter?

A single bolt with a cotter pin holds the rear wheel on the axle, covered with a plastic dust cap. Remove the cap, Remove the pin, then use a pry bar to hold the wheel in place while you undo the axle nut. Once removed, tap the end of the axle with a rubber mallet or use a piece of wood and a hammer until the wheel comes loose. Remove, use motorcycle tire tools to remove tire, replace tire, and remount wheel. Use a new cotter pin.

How to change rear tire ?

Remove rear wheel with either a 15 mm or a 17 mm wrench. Take the tire off the wheel. If you are replacing a tire, reverse procedure. If you have a flat, replace inner tube, then reverse procedure

How to change the tire on a schwinn loop

It's pretty straightforward changing the tires on the loop. I'm a big guy and the standard 65 PSI tires it comes with are ****. two blowouts already in the rear, most likely due to poor weight distribution. But Whatever the reason you have, here's how to change the rear tire.

1. You'll need to grab a 15mm wrench or socket & ratchet combo. Remember, righty tighty lefty loosey.
2. Remove the rear derailleur gear guard, it just sort of falls off. Store it somewhere safe until you're ready to reassemble everything.
3. Gently pull upward on the wheel once both bolts are removed. Carefully pull the derailleur away from wheel gears as you pull it upward and out of the gear system entirely.
4. Done with that part and the wheel should be out! Do whatever repairs that are necessary for the removal of the wheel, possibly changing a tube, I don't know. You needed it out, now it's out.

5. Reassembly is easy enough. Make sure the wheel isn't fully inflated while reassembling. The brakes on the Schwinn loop are tiny little things, you'll need to pinch to get it past where it needs to be again.

6. Move the derailleur gears out of the way while you move the wheel back into place, then slowly remount the chain onto the wheel gear assembly. It's very intuitive, you'll see exactly what you need to do here.

7. Throw that rear derailleur gears guard back on there, screw on and tighten those rear bolts and bam! Presto change-o! The tire is changed and you can feel a little more mechanically inclined for the day.

NOTE: Changing the front wheel is also a simple job. You'll use the same 15mm tool, except there are no gears to worry about. Cheers!

How do you remove the rear tire to change it on an 08 r1??

The rear of the motorcycle needs to be elevated so that you can remove the wheel. A swingarm stand works very well.
Remove the axle and push the wheel forward.
remove the chain from the sprocket and remove the brake caliper from the rotor. This may require moving the wheel forward and aft to get the caliper out.
Now the wheel will move out to the rear.
After the tire is change install the caliper on the rotor. Be sure that the brake pads are on either side of the rotor.
Re-install the chain and then tighten the axle after you have adjusted the chain. ( 1 1/2" slack)

I have a 1993 vulcan that needs new tires. I have the front wheel off no problem, but I don't even know where to start taking the rear apart. Would appreciate any expert advice.

Easy as pie. Put bike on center stand or use swingarm stand. Remove nut from rear axle. Remove pinch bolt from rear axle, and pull axle out. Take spacer from between frame and rear brake. Remove brake strut, and brake caliper. Pull wheel out of final drive, and lower to floor. You might have to let the air out of the tire to get it out from between the final drive and swingarm. After changing the rear tire inflate it to seat the bead, deflate to get back in place, then reinflate. Put some grease on the splines in the final drive before reinstalling the wheel, this will make it easier for the next change.

Removal of motorcycle rear tire/shaft driven

The final drive assembly has to be unbolted from the swingarm and it is removed with the rear wheel. Once the assembly is off the bike, the axle can be removed and the final drive separated from the wheel.
