You don't have to buy a connector unless you just want to. What you DON'T want to do is just tape them together. Make sure you solder them and use heat tubes.

I need the wiring schematic for a Hampton Bay 52' ceiling fan with lights, has 2 pull switches and a slide switch.

You should have 5 wires to connect. Green is ground and it may also be a bare copper wire, White is neutral, black and the other are hot, they control the fan and the other controls the light. IF you are hooking them into a conduit box that has white black and ground (which is bare) you hook the grounds together and then hook the whites together and then the other two from the fan connect to the black wire in the box.

The wire connector for alternator-reg/rectifier is gone wires are y how do i connect them corectly

If you bought the bike used this may have been a fix that someone else did previously. Some of the 90 model hondas didn't run a large enough gauge wire from the stator (alternator) to the regulator. It caused the connection to melt and the wires to burn. The easy fix (and I've done this myself) was to take the connector off and just fuse those wires together. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're having a problem with the bike.

Just purchased and installed a Honeywell programmable thermostat (RTH6350) and for some reason, the furnace just decided to turn on, and it won't turn off - even when i turned the thermostat off!!!...

I would recheck your wiring..... Shut the furnace off at the breaker or SSU.... Then get a pen and pad and write down the color of wires and where it is connect on the Terminal strip at the furnace..

Example: Red wire hooked to R terminal etc They should all match up with the subase of the new Thermostat.
Then go up to the thermostat and Check and make sure the colors match what you have wired at the furnace. R= Power W=Heat G=Fan Y=Cooling C=Common

There are two possible ways the heat could be power on all the time..... You have the white wire or W wire wired to G and the thermostat is set to Fan ON... or the insulation on the R wire and W wire is split and touching each other or they got pinched and are touching together which will make the furnace come on with out the thermostat controlling it..... Good Luck, Its is where I would start first.... there our other possibilitys the control board may of gone hay wire.....

I need the diagram to be sure to hook it it corectly thanks

not sure what you are hooking up...if you are putting on new spark plug wires...locate the distributor...usually marked #1 and goes in clockwise circle...firing order for the V8 is 18436572...hope that helps...usually changing one wire at a time is best...to not confuse the firing order...

Four wires wrapped as two

Hi,
Yes...just keep the four wires wrapped as two and then hook up as a two wire connection...
The two wires wrapped together just makes it work better if the wires are a bit too light...
The two wires wrapped together will function as one wire...

Trying to hook up 2 lights to a light switch. Power is coming through one light then to wecond light and switch. How do I get the 1st light to work on the switch?

OK I asked for better info but, lets try this... If there is only one set of wires going to the switch, this is called a switch leg. Both wires,no matter what color they really are, are treated as black. so then in the first light box you connect one leg of the switch leg to the hot black incoming wire. the other leg connects to all other black wires in that box.Including the light. the white wires all hook together.( not the switch leg white, remember its really black)Including the light All Bare ground wires hook together. In the other box just match up colors and connect the wires together. Its as simple as that. Larry

and the speakers are hooked up right ?
then it should be working..

did you check the fuses ?
did you check if it comes on with the car started?
are the wires the correct amp ?
try connecting both wires directly to the battery ?

if all that is correct then by all means you got everything hooked up corectly and it should work, return it to the store and have them check if its working correctly
