If you have tried the battery in other systems then you are correct!
The battery is good, but the system you have may have problems.
Please refer to your owners manual and to the 1 800 customer service number for more detailed help and they will probably service it or you return it for another new or refurbisheded system depending upon the company and your agreements.

Return it for a refund if you can. That's what I had to do when Flip "Support" ignored me. Finally I charged it off through the Credit Card company - THEN they found time to answer me. I just sent it back. What's the point of a poorly-made product with extremely poor Warranty service?
