Question about Motorcycles
Starter motor on what? (MORE INFO!)
If you can access the starter motor, you can test it by connecting a jumper battery from the frame of the bike to the negative terminal, and then take the lead from the positive terminal and touch it on the wire connected to the starter motor.
If the bike winds over then, its likely your starter solenoid needs replacing, or the switch is dodgey. If not, you may need to take the starter to a mechanic to have the brushes replaced and the inside of the motor checked.
