Rock Auto is the best parts supplier. The speed sensor estimates to the computer both the vehicle speed and rpms of the transmission to process shifting points, fuel delivery needs, timing etc. .

2008 Scion xB speed sensor

Most late model vehicles have a speed sensor which indicates how fast the vehicle is moving by reading the output shaft speed on the transmission. The intermediate shaft speed sensor is used to compare the speed of the internal shaft in the trans with the vehicle speed sensor. If they are far enough apart it indicates slippage in the transmission. Code P0793 is specifically a code for the intermediate shaft speed sensor. I believe the problem is related to the intermediate shaft speed sensor. The vehicle speed sensor (vss) usually logs a P0500 code if I remember correctly

Where are the speed sensors on a 2004 chevy trailblazer?

Assuming that you're talking about the front wheel speed sensors...
Your best bet is to replace both from wheel hub/bearing assemblies.

They'll cost about $100-$150 each.
When the wheel speed sensors are setting ABS codes it usually means that the bearings are bad.
When you replace the whole hub assembly, a new sensor is already installed in that hub. If it just the sensor (unlikely that just the front sensors alone are going bad) the sensor itself is usually 3/4 of the price of a new hub anyway.

I do not have a 4th gear, I think my solenoid went out, and also my speed sensor

I would try replacing the speed sensor first. The solenoids are a complete assembly. Most Dodge dealers keep the speed sensors in stock and they are pretty reasonable in price. Have you had anyone run a diagnostic scan of your computer to check for codes?
