If you slam your pistons into your valves would all your belts still rotate?

not usually, hitting the valves is often the end of the engine or at least requires a major rebuild.

2005 toyota corolla blowing smoke

Blowing black smoke means fuel mixture is too rich, possible choke is stuck partically closed.
Blowing white smoke especially driving off the traffic lights indicates either worn valve guides or worn piston rings. Valve guides require the head to be removed to replace valve guides.
Replacing piston rings means a major engine repair. It maybe better to get a reconditioned motor than replace worn piston rings because other worn engine parts should be replaced at the same time.

1999 pontiac grand prix gt - while trying to crank something popped in engine. It wouldn't turn over anymore. I can turn engine backwards by hand and the starter will turn the engine over until it hits...

Either a piston pin or a conrod sheered off and the piston got stuck in there and blocks the movement of the crankshaft, or the spring (or even the shaft) of a valve failed, the valve dropped in the cylinder and the piston hits it on the way up.
Either way it's a major malfunction, it will be cheaper to get a second-hand motor from a scrapyard than to rebuild this one.

IF THE TIMEING BELT BRAKES WILL IT LOCK THE MOTOR UP ON 1100 GOLDWING

it wont necessarily lock the motor up but the camshaft will stop turning making the valves quit moving up and down. If any valves happen to be down (open) when the piston comes up while the crankshaft is still spinning the valve meets piston and you get at the least a bent valve and possibly a hole in your piston. major trouble.

You won't know the extent or the actual amount (cost of damage) until you actually tear it apart. (sorry)

Timing belt broke and i need to set the timing

The pistons, valves and cylinder walls typically take a beating when the timing belt breaks. If yours didn't, I'm amazed.

But you can TRY this:
For most OHV engines with a timing belt there is usually a hole in the camshaft sprocket that can align with a hole in the head. If there are two camshafts, each sprocket typically has the same arrangement. Look closely, if there is no hole, there will be a mark of some kind to indicate #1 Top Dead Center.
Make certain that the crankshaft and the camshaft(s) are all at #1 TDC, if there are holes in the sprocket(s), push an appropriately sized drill bit through the hole, into the corresponding hole in the head to hold the camshaft timing, then replace the belt, making certain that any idler pulleys or tension adjuster pulleys are out of the way. After you've put the new belt on, Put the idler pulleys and tension adjusters back into their appropriate place then remove whatever you used to hold the pulleys in place.
Most of the time a valve will "kiss" a piston when the timing belt breaks. That causes immediate and fatal damage to the engine requiring (at minimum) a complete engine rebuild. Sometimes valve seats, pistons, cylinder walls and other components are destroyed when the piston and valve collide.

IS IT A INTERFERENCE ENGINE

an interference engine means that if the camshaft and crankshaft are not timed correctly or the timing belt or chain skips a tooth or breaks, major damage to the valves and/or pistons will occur because of the very close tolerences of the combustion chamber. the valves can make contact with the pistons. what sizze engine is it? the 2.7 is not. the 3.5 is

They are saying it dropped a valve - what does

Can't say if it's common as I have little experience with your engine in particular, but a dropped valve usually means a valve spring broke and the valve is colliding with the piston. This would also cause the engine to run rough as there is no spring pressure to close the valve. Piston damage is not far behind (major repair).
