SOURCE: bike won`t start.
Your Crank Position Sensor, or Cam Position Sensor is likely to be the problem. If there is no signal from crank position sensor, bike will not fire the coil. ECM has no referance to position of motor. Making timing imposible.

Disconnect battery , remove the outer primary case, pull back the lock tab on the starter jackshaft, unbolt the retainer screw, then remove the two starter bolts from the right side, sometimes you need to loosen the oil tank mounts to get at these, slip the starter and coupler out as a unit, replace the coupler and jackshaft the same way they came out when the new starter goes in, install bolts , retighten the jackshaft bolt and bend over the retainer, install and fill primary case, connect battery thats it buddy

SOURCE: it won't start, it just clicks??
It could be a lose or corroded concision , but before getting to deep in to it I would pull the spark plugs and give it a shot of oil wd/40 in the cylinder's, and crank it over with out the spark plugs in especially if it sat for a wile where it could have been damp. make sure the new battery is charged if still wont crank over then it is likely the starter could be bad you can check that with a amp. draw test . hope this give you what you need to know , let us know if this Helped Thank You.

30 psi in the front and 36 in the rear for single rider. Two up riding, raise the rear tire to 40 psi.
Good Luck and Ride Safe

The alarm may not be recognising the key code. A spare key may still work if the main key is corrupted otherwise it is a dealership job as to explain how to over ride the alarm, by reprogramming the ignition system, is not a thing I am willing to do. It will compromise every other Harley D bike and other vehicles.
