A cracked inlet manifold may be

Cbr 600 starts dies

I could be wrong but it sounds like your getting air in the gas lines. Is your gas cap tightening correct and working properly? Check all fuel lines to see if you have a crack or loose and air getting in.

I just bought a 1994 cbr600,it has a predator race exhaust fitted. on hard accelaration it boggs down, struggles to pull high revs ,the mixture screws have all been turned out 3 turns is this to much, new...

Too much or not enough. To get back to a run setting you could turn in the screws all the way then out 1 1/2 turns each, this should put you in run mode, Start with the idle or slow speed jet, make sure it idles ok, stays running, then try to rev it up, if it cuts out, it is starving, open it up 1/4 turn, try it again, etc, till it gets better, or good. If it doesn't get better, it may be a timing problem, like the engine is firing long before the valves open to let out the exhaust, does it have a dist? Is it a power band thing you are not used to the bike? I tried a couple bikes like that and I couldn't get them to go, they were like a sponge, or a marshmallo, just doesn't go, My Ducati, you hit the gas, you better be hanging on, cause you are going!! It doesn't matter what gear, what speed, it is all power. Check it out, hope this helps.

I have a 1990 suzuki rm 125 starts first kick, but boggs alot, every once and awhile power band kicks in and it runs good. I checked spark good and blue, checked reed valve in good shape. pulled head...

I'd start by thoroughly cleaning out your carb.,...check/replace the main jet with a leaner, [higher #], jet...change/clean pilot jet also,..spray carb cleaner in all holes and blow out w/compressed air. Re-check your float height and/or any damage to the float pin+tangs etc. Maybe try a 50:1 gas:oil mixture. Perform a leakdown test,..air will cause boggs as well. *[p.s.; does bike blow oil out exhaust?].
