If its the same as the 92 mc21 nsr the 2stroke goes in the container on the right hand side tucked in the fairing and coolant goes in the one on the left, the radiator and brake fluids are easy to figure out .
Good luck

2 stroke oil feels alot different than brake fluid and is usually blue or green ,where brake fluid is supposed to be clear but might be root beer brown in a 1991 bike. Stick your finger in and you'll find the one for oil....Good luck to you friend....Tim

I have a 1991 Honda nsr 125.its blown 3 coils any ideas

Yes, you may have the wrong coils going into it. Otherwise unless they are somehow overheating or getting too much vibration or too high a primary voltage I have no idea. It would be great if you would post a final definitvie answer if and when you get one.

Honda 125 nsr 1990 wont idle and engine races

sounds like your throttle cable might be frayed or broken, when you pull the throttle and let go does it go back on its own? and can you here a clicking sound when you close the throttle? If you could send me pictures of the carb how every thing goes in and take it apart and take pictures, that would be helpful.

I have a honda accord 1991 and it needs new motor mounts.

This is best done on a lift with supporting tranny jack for the engine to raise and lower as the case might be

How does the seat on a nsr125 lift off?

If you can locate the helmet lock on the left hand side of the bike and open it. There is a lever behind it just pull it down and you should hear it pop. When it does you can lift the rear of the saddle a little then pull backwards.

How do i remove the seat? honda 125 nsr 1991

place the ignition key in the helmet lock keyhole (rear left hand side of the seat) turn half a turn so that the helmet lock slides down (now you know where to leave your helmet when you have to leave it with the bike). BEHIND that hook (closest to the wheel side) is another one. That will now push down on a sprung return. The seat should pop up but if it's a bit snug then whilst pushing down on the catch (to keep it released) gently pull up the rear of the seat. Now the lock is disengaged slide it backwards 2 cms and all the other retainers will slide out. Hey presto seat and bike have now parted company. Good luck putting it back on it's harder to get all the slidy bits to re-engage (particularly the two in the middle that have to slide onto two "pegs").

Strip start

Take your side fairing off. Undo the left hand engine casing, take off chain guard. Under this there will be a gasket and two 12mm bolts holding the motor in place. Undo these and take the motor off...
