Hi, Rbest and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, needs to be 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary, check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
4. Bank angle sensor tripped and ignition/light key switch not cycled to the "OFF" position and then back to the "ON" position.
5. Faulty starter button/switch.
6. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.
7. Security alarm needs a reset.
8. Starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty.
9. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
10. Electric starter shaft pinion gear is not engaging or over-running starter clutch slipping.

Attempted to start the bike, there was one click from the battery area. Then everything went dead. No lights anywhere. I checked the battery. It is fully charged. Is there a fuse that could cause this?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the fuses are under the seat on these bikes... Not 100% sure but, on the older Shadows and Magnas and those type of bikes, the fuse panel slides into the side of a plastic cover. This would be right on top of the rear fender, under the seat if this the type of bike I'm thinking of. Good Luck!

Hi Burgh, you might want to give Harmon Kardon a call on this one, but there are radio fuses 1992 and later Touring Models, fuel pump fuses and relays will be behind the right side panel, everything else will be behind the left side panel to access fuses pull back on the front two locking tabs and slide the cover up. Good luck.

Just put in a new Battery thinking it would solve my no power issue. I've tried everything, New battery, tightened all wire adapters, checked all fuses (good) but it still does not get any power. Lights...

first check the kill switch located on right side handle bar and make sure it is in the run position. if that checks out then connect a wire from the + side of the battery to the headlight fuse then the bike should start, if it still wont crank use a screwdriver to cross the solinoid terminals and start your bike. this is a temporary fix called "hot wire" and should at least get you riding again.

My 99 electra glide turns on when put into the ignition position, but only the radio and speedo light up. The headlights and passing lights do not. The bike will not start because the fuel pump is also not...

I think your bike has the electronic switch in it. I can't remember what year they changed the switch right offhand. It should have a plug on the switch with three wires in it. One wire is hot all the time and the other two should go hot when you turn the switch on. If not, your switch is bad.

Good Luck

My fuel pump isnt kicking on

If fuel pump dose not work,I would check fuses to make sure the fuel pump fuse isn't blown.Fuse block is most likly under seat or back by tailight under rear cover.Sometimes its hidden under left or right side ferring panels. If you have manuel look up fuses. If fuse is good you need to troubleshoot the fuel pump.If you have a lot of milelage on bike you could use a new pump.good luck.

While i was trying to screw in the right side passenger pegs there was a spark. Now the bike wouldnt start. Could it be the fuse or battery ? i also charged the battery full but still no good.

Okay go back to the peg. Take it out look for a broken wire. May be grounding out. You may need to cut wire solder & shrink wrap it.
Then check fuse should be near battery.

1993 Kawasaki 750R - Model M , charging issue - WEIRD !!!

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, have you checked the 30 Amps main fuse and its holder clips? It would be integrated with the starter relay. The fuse or the fuse holder may have heat related problem(s) causing it to loose conductivity when hot.The fuse may require replacement even if it tests good and/or the fuse holder would need cleaning / crimping. To locate the starter relay (main fuse), follow the battery cable from the + terminal of the battery.

Please postback results.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Kickstand kill switch inop

Connect the two wires together that goes to the kickstand it should keep it from starting. With wires unpluged it should start.
If that is the case you need a switch
