Changed the batt in a 2510 mule now it will not turn over the relay is working

Hi if you changed the batt and relay is working check startermotor is turning and check the wires are tight if this is ok then check you coils and ht /plug caps are ok because if weak spark also check sparkplug is fitting ok or check for short circuit on the electrics hope you find out why this has happend

SOURCE: battery life

the part is called a stattor or statter but it should be a black box with raised lovers on it attached to out side of bike usually in the front with 2 or 3 wires coming from it to a plug then the wires going into the engine.Check the plug for fit and cleaness or Change that box if that doesn't work it's internal. take it to a dealer or independent and have repaired

Even if the relay under the seat makes a click when you turn the key, it can still be bad. Try jumping the hot leads and see if it cranks.

Kawasaki mule 3010 won't do right and left signals when i press them, how to switch fuse for them?


Identify the fuse responsable for turn signals, extract it and insert another one with the same value in it's place.
Also could be turn's signals relay fault.

My Kawasaki mule 3010 doesn't do anything when key is turned. I have changed the starter and relay. I have 12V at starter and all fuses are good. Horn and lights work. Any help?
