What year swing arms can I put on my 1989 yz 250

Hi, Jacob for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your problem. My 1989 yz250 has poor power when reved up even though i cleaned the carb. Also black oil ozzing from exhaust port at the cylinder. what the problem. It can idle

Could be a number of things...
Black ooze is due to being too rich. You need smaller jetting. (Pilot and main) You can read the spark plug for jetting, as you want it to burn chocolate brown.
Also, a carbon plugged exhaust power valve can cause poor high rpm performance.
A compression test will tell the condition of your rings.
