Hi Jerry, for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Good luck and have a nice day.

SOURCE: oil to fuel ratio

32 parts fuel to 1 part oil

Thats not likely. What you are seeing is excess oil from you gas and oil mixture. Not sure if your still running the oil injection pump but it sounds like you have been running a very rich oil/fuel mixture.
The gearbox oil is not accessible through the crankcase. They a totally separate sealed sections of the motor. If by chance you are losing gearbox oil your bike will billow a very white disgusting smelly cloud of smoke. If that is what is happening you may have a right side crank seal blown which will allow the oil to be sucked from the gearbox into the crankcase. Hopefully this is not the problem because with your model I'm 85% certain you will have to split the cases to replace the main seal on the right side engine center case. If thats the case I'd highly recommend you replace both right and left main seals as well as main bearings.
You will need some special tools to do this job. I can tell you what you need to do the job and if you like to DIY I can tell you how to do it and what to look out for.
Best of luck.

SOURCE: Kawasaki KDX 200 code year

Any Kawasaki dealer can look up the code and tell you what year and model your bike is. The parts department usually is the one with the codes. Give them a phone call. Once you know the year and model, the following site MIGHT have a free service manual PDF download. Most manuals are in English but some are not. There is no way to be sure without doing the download. You can always delete it if in a foreign language. Another site is available for viewing only but is limited to parts diagrams w/ part numbers and prices.

Go to the site below and you can see the parts diagram. Yes, I know the link says Yamaha. You will select the brand, year, model, etc...

SOURCE: Valve adjustment

Hi CX'er, This is getting basic, but in a 4 stroke engine there are 2 TDC spots . One being the completion of the exhaust stroke, and the second is the completion of the compression stroke . Give her one more turn and the valves will close . I hope that you are using the 17mm port under the radiator to turn the engine . It is the same as the port you are using to view the flywheel markings . Before I begin for the first time, I re-torque the heads . You must use a torque wrench, or risk breaking a bolt ! If you do it afterwards, your valve clearance settings will change . Accuracy is very important, check for tight drag, and check with next thinner for free clearance . Too tight can burn an exhaust valve . I set them to a tight drag, about .001 under, but I verify the clearance, twice . When you do the left side, don't forget to loosen the 10mm cam chain adjusting nut one turn (in front of the flywheel view port). Listen for the little click as the tension spring snaps in to take up the slack, and tighten, that's it . Make 'em purr, J

How do I clean the KIPS of KMX 125?

proper way is to dissassemble the top end, remove all kips valve parts from cylinder and clean with carbon dissolving spray such as carb cleaner and a wire brush. Reassemble properly with new gaskets. This would also be a good opportunity to check piston and ring condition while there.

Got a cluck cluck noise coming from the engine and ive already replaced the piston and rings, is it the kips and how can i quieten it

is the chain properly tight?
is there enough oil, and is the oil designed for use with this bike?
Is the noise audible only on neutral or also during the ride? Might be the common kawa transmission problem, I had two kawasaki bikes, the transmission is unusualy louder than on other bikes, thats normal with kawa, but had similar problem only when standing still on neutral.

My 2002 kdx200 has just had new barrel and big end done. it got a pro curcuit exhust system when riding it goes well in power band but when i drop out of pwr band its like its still in but has no power...

The kips is a power valve.
It moved a little when excellerating to actually change the exhaust port timing as the engine revolutions get higher, to gain more power.
If you say it runs good at full throttle, you valve is working, but it may be slow moving if gummed up.
Also, if your jetting is too rich, it will bog down.
