Have you tried the local Bike shops? In that your bike is an older model, it maybe that you have to go there and look through what they have. Older shops will have a manual there sometimes and let you look at it, but you may not be able to take it, so bring a pad and paper to copy the part in it that will help you. A test-light would help you, but being able to check the continuity is crutial for you. An Ohm-meter is a good thing to have as you can see where a wire goes, and what it is attached to. You can, due to the simplicity of you bike make a diagram yourself, with an Ohm-meter. Remember your bike has only got 2 main circuits. Ignition, and lighting. They are seperate and apart. If you need further assistance please do not hessitate to ask me, and thanks for calling on FixYa.com

SOURCE: knocking sound on honda wave 100
There can be few reasons but it is best to take some opinions too. First of all check the quality of the fuel that is used. if this is low grade there can be KNOCKING.
Secondly if the oil level is low the small bearing end might knock which means you must take care immediately.
Also a fault within the engine can be a reason , main bearing or possible crank noise.
