Hi Anonymous, either you need a clutch adjustment, your clutch plates have a little rust bind from sitting all winter in which case your first ride will cure that or your clutch plates are warped and need replacing. S50 vibration above 40 mph. Tire pressure is ok, pulled clutch in and vibration goes away

When the clutch is in of course you're just coasting not under power. If vibration stops you could rule out tire balance but under power could be many things. Is it a shaft drive? If so you're u joint may be going.

Vibration between 20-25 in 3rd gear and 28-32mph in 4th gear

did you replace the clutch plate as well as the clutch ? as not doing so it can be warped from the heat of old one burning out. also did you check the flywheel as any imperfections in the plate can cause clutch wobble.

Hi, You assisted me before on the same vehicle. I installed my new transmission system and have been driving it for a couple of month now. The issue is a Vibration when I first release the clutch in 1st...

The last time I felt vibration in the pedal like that I had a broken clutch finger. I would hate to tell you to take it all out again only to find no broken fingers. I've also seen vibration from improper mating of the friction disc and flywheel. It'll wear on the inside of the flywheel before it wears on the outside and thus you feel that as a vibration. But, it is most likely the clutch plate isn't balanced right. Just to be sure, take a look at the harmonic balancer to make sure it is still one piece and the rubber isn't coming out. It can dampen out most vibrations like this but can only do so much. But, if it is compromised in some way, even small vibrations can get through. Also, did you install a new pilot bushing when you did the clutch? Fixya is discontinuing this service soon and they say they have plans to come up with something new. I'm not supposed to share contact information here per terms of service, but there is no reason you can't Google 'ZX2Fast' now is there? If you need more help and can't get to me from here, just Google me and I'm sure you can find some way of asking for help. Oh yeah, you should also inspect all of your engine and transmission mounts. You would feel vibration if you have a broken mount and the engine/transmission was resting against metal.

Bad vibration engine trans under load

seems your problem is within your clutch, defective part, usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours, but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops, point to clutch!

Vibration When Accelerating

Did you machine the flywheel? Because if you replace the clutch without machining the flywheel. The flywheel will have high and low spots on it. The new clutch is perfectly flat, and the old clutch was worn into the flywheel. Thus, vibration! I sincerely hope that I helped. Best wishes to ya.

Toyota corolla 1.6 1997 vibration after clutch change

Try checking the engine/transmission mounts, one of them may not have been reinstalled properly, or worn out, causing a vibration. If the car is able to move with the new clutch, and it seems to work, I wouldn't say the clutch was put in wrong. Also check the wires around the engine/transmission, you may have knocked something loose as well.
Hope this helps
