Question about 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 1000
My 06 gsxr 1000 cuts off. You can hear the fuel pump prime right after it shuts off so I am assuming it is an electical problem with the fuel system but I am not totaly sure. Things I have tried to fix the problem are, disconected the tip over sensor, the kill switch on the clutch, the kick stand kill switch, have replaced the fuel pump but the none of this has fixed the problem. any advice would be greatly appreciated

SOURCE: clutch problem or cable
I did the same upgrade with the same bike. put a 16t in front and 64t in rear, never had a problem. just more power. I did notice when the chain was to tight things werent working right. gave the chain a little slack and the bike performs great. you might want to remove the front sprocket cover and check if the end of the clutch cable is installed properly. Hope this helps!

The neutral switch is lockated at the left side of the engine. Should have a blue wire... Comes together with a black wire ( oil pressure switch ) in a 2-position connector to the main harness.
Try if works fine with the blue wire at the ground and loose. If then everything is OK, the neutral switch is out of use.
There is also a diode set in the circuitry. With a green wire coming from the side stand switch, the blue wire from the neutral switch and a lightblue wire going to the dashboard. +12V on this light blue wire should lit up neutral lamp at the dashboard.
Hope it helps.
