THe clicking sound is the starter solenoid. Since you say the battery is 'good', a prime suspect would be the battery terminals either loose or dirty.Checking to see if the terminals are hot will tell you. Normally when the engine is cranking you are not aware of the solenoid click, but it is there. The solenoid engages the starter pinion with the engine and switches the current to the starter motor.

Yes, you have two spark plugs per cylinder for a total of four plugs on the cycle. You can remove them using the spark plug wrench that came in your Honda tool kit.
